Mahr offers a comprehensive range of surgical instrument baskets and trays. Our instrument trays and baskets provide a high degree of protection for storage, transportation and sterilising of costly surgical instruments. Available in various sizes & designs that accommodate a wide range of surgical instruments.

Mahr baskets are available in various sizes and dimensions. They serve as a means for packing instruments and collection of soiled instruments.

They are manufactured from high grade stainless steel and comply with the standard DIN 58952.

Our baskets feature cross-hatch construction with spot wells at all cross points for superior strength, lightweight design eliminates side and cross braces as well as corners or hidden areas that could attract build up of foreign deposits. Baskets with handles are retractable, they penetrate completely to the interior of the basket to avoid any corner where dirt collect and dust traps.

A close mesh greatly assists the passage of the sterilising agent and water for the precision instruments with sharp edges and blades, certain of our baskets are available with edges made from perforated plate which avoids any breakage of the blade or tip.

Micro surgical instruments require special protection through the sterilisation process, autoclaving and transportation. Our Micro instrument boxes enable optimum cleaning and sterilisation whilst also protecting even the finest instruments. Suitable for all Ophthalmic, Neuro, ENT, Micro-Vascular and Dental instruments. Micro instrument boxes can be wrapped or placed into rigid containers during transit.
