Sarot Needle Holder is used for approximation suturing, often in cardiovascular procedures. It is a ratcheted, finger ring instrument that is available in long, short, and paediatric lengths. The shanks curve inward near the finger rings and extend straight to short jaws with cross-serrations and one central groove. The cross-serrated surface and groove ensure a non-slip hold on the needle while the ratcheted locking mechanism provides additional security of the hold. This product is for use with paediatric patients.
The Sarot needle holder excels at grasping surgical needles firmly, thanks to its fine serrations at the tip. This feature is crucial for preventing needles from slipping or rotating during suturing, ensuring a secure hold.
The fine serrations at the tip of the Sarot needle holder provide a secure grip on the needle, making it easier for surgeons to pass it through tissues and create consistent and precise sutures. This feature is particularly valuable when working on delicate or intricate surgical procedures.
Designed for intricate and precise surgical work, the Sarot needle holder offers surgeons the control and dexterity required for accurate suturing. It has slender jaws and ergonomic design enable precise movements, making it an essential tool in microsurgery and other procedures demanding high levels of precision.
The Tungsten carbide inserts significantly boost durability and enhance needle-grasping capabilities. Thanks to their exceptional hardness and precise engineering, they contribute to the overall performance of the Sarot needle holder.
