Commonly employed across various surgical and clinical settings, these forceps play a key role in wound debridement and removal of necrotic tissue, helping promote cleaner, healthier wound beds.

Key Features and Clinical Applications

  • Primary Function: Used to handle wound dressings and assist in removing dead or damaged tissue from the wound surface during debridement procedures.

  • Design: Features a precise, tweezer-like design that allows for firm grip and fine control, minimizing trauma to healthy tissue.

  • Material: Typically made from high-grade stainless steel, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and suitability for repeated sterilization.

  • Multi-Disciplinary Use: Standard tissue forceps are widely used in general surgery, emergency medicine, dermatology, and wound care clinics.

Why Use Standard Tissue Forceps?

  • Enables precise handling of delicate tissue and dressing materials
